Building Condition Reports For The Cross River Rail Project
Welcome to the Cross River Rail Condition Report Information Page
The UNITY Alliance, has been appointed to design, supply and install the supporting rail system and integration of Cross River Rail into Queensland Rail’s train network. The Alliance will also deliver new stabling facilities at Mayne Yard and upgrades to Exhibition, Fairfield, Yeronga, Yeerongpilly, Moorooka, Rocklea and Salisbury stations. Major construction is expected to start in early 2020, with the project anticipated to be completed in 2024.
As part of pre-construction works, the UNITY Alliance has engaged ASBIR (All Suburbs Building Inspections & Reports) to carry out an independent pre-construction property condition assessment of structures in close proximity to Cross River Rail construction activities.
If you have been referred to this page, your property likely requires a pre-works condition report prior to works commencing.

When Will The Condition Reports Be Conducted..?
Our goal is to have all related properties surveyed by mid February 2020. In most cases this involves an internal and external inspection of the property with photos taken to accurately capture the condition of the property.
