The Promoter is:
SSF Industries Pty Ltd t/a ASBIR
The above-mentioned companies will be hereafter jointly referred to as the ‘Promoter.’

To enter the competition an entrant must book a building inspection service through the Promoter and pay for their inspection on time or refer someone to the Promoter who books and pays for a building inspection service from the Promoter during the competition dates of 8 January 2024 – 18 December 2024.

Closing date for entry will be 11:59 (AEST) Wednesday 18^th December 2024. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, illegible, or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to omission, error, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, disruption to any communication network or medium, or otherwise including those entries not received by the Promoter for any reason. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. No correspondence will be entered into and no responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Total prize pool is $2000 (inc GST) and the prize is:
–   1 x Gift Voucher for a 4-night stay at a Gold Coast destination of the Promoter’s choosing

Entry is open only to legal residents 18 years of age or older of the Australia Eligible States/Territories who satisfy the Method of entry. The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows: 
–   For each ASBIR building inspection service booked and paid for by the due date, the entrant automatically receives 1 ticket into the draw.
–   For each referral for an ASBIR building inspection service where the referee books and pays for a building inspection service with the Promoter and notifies the Promoter in writing of their referrer, the referrer will receive 1 ticket into the draw

Payments must be successfully cleared by the due date of their invoice in order for the associated entries (for purchasers or referrers) to be valid.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party in connection with this competition.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winner will be drawn at random on Facebook live and the drawing can be observed on the Facebook page @allsuburbsbuildinginspections on Thursday 19^th December 2024.

The winner will be contacted by phone during the Facebook live draw. They will also be notified by email within 7 days of the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of email notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries (and record them in order). In the event of an invalid entry or an ineligible entrant, or if the entrant is ineligible to accept the prize, the prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn. If the prize can’t be awarded to the entrant drawn, the promoter will then continue this process until the prize is awarded. 

The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any delay, damage, or loss in transit of prizes. 

The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this competition, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

As a condition of the competition, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation.

The winner’s name and image will be published on the Promotor’s website and on social media channels.
